recipe you've been hoarding may be just the ticket you need to create profits from
your kitchen!

School System Lifelong Learning Program, Raleigh, North Carolina; and is now also
available online through the Learning Design Group, LLC located in Durango,
Colorado.

The course curriculum will cover the compliance regulations for your state along
with information on the basics of recipe development, food storage, food safety and
sanitation; practical benefits of advertising/marketing, (press release
design/alternative media submissions) branding, selling products online and more.
The 10 week online course begins Monday, October 13, 2008 and ends Monday, December
15, 2008. Registration begins Wednesday, October 8, 2008. Course fee: $295.00

Instructor, Detra Denay Davis insist this is the perfect course for anyone who loves
to bake and would like to operate a bakery from home before securing a brick and
mortar storefront. Previous students have included grandmothers with super delicious
pound cakes, and personal chefs who wanted to offer additional products to boost
their bottom line. “We had a professional bread baker from South America, a retiree
who bakes using non-traditional sweeteners and a teen who is destined to be the next
Mrs. Fields. Bakers come from all walks of life.”

Home-based bakers are the staple of American life. These are the men and women who
appreciate great food and want to share their love of home-made baked goods with the
public.
